1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services ("Services") by Mistress Evelyn ("the Mistress") to the client ("the Client"). By engaging the Services of the Mistress, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

2. Services

2.1 The Services provided by the Mistress are strictly for entertainment purposes only and are to be understood as a role-playing experience.

2.2 The specific nature and details of the Services to be provided shall be agreed upon between the Mistress and the Client prior to the commencement of the Services.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 The Client agrees to pay the Mistress a fee for the Services, which shall be charged on a per-hour basis. The exact fee and any additional charges shall be agreed upon in advance.

3.2 Payment for the Services must be made in full and in advance. The Mistress reserves the right to refuse or terminate the provision of Services if payment is not received in accordance with this clause.

 

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 If the Client wishes to cancel the Services, they must provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time of service. Cancellations made within this period will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 

4.2 No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of service.

 

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Both the Mistress and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the provision of the Services, unless required by law to disclose such information.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Mistress shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of the Services.

6.2 The Mistress's total liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the Services.

 

7. Termination

7.1 The Mistress reserves the right to terminate the provision of Services at any time if she believes that the Client's behaviour is inappropriate, threatening, or harmful.

 

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Mistress and the Client and supersede any prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.

8.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8.3 No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
